Michelle Duggar suffered a devastating miscarriage last December, and on Tuesday's finale of "19 Kids & Counting,"?Duggar bravely takes viewers inside her final ultrasound session to document the moment when she learned her 20th child was without a heartbeat.
"We were so excited to see the baby again on the ultrasound screen and find out if it was a girl or a boy," Duggar recalls in an exclusive preview clip from Tuesday's episode of the TLC hit. "As we began to look, I could tell by the look on [the ultrasound technician's] face that something wasn't right."

Indeed, Duggar's instincts were correct: The technician later revealed that she could not detect a heartbeat from their unborn baby, whom the family posthumously named Jubilee Shalom Duggar.
"Both of our hearts just sank," Michelle's husband, Jim Bob, says in the clip. "There was no heartbeat and we were both just devastated. Your whole world turns upside down."
