Kim Kardashian hasn't taken a moment to relax since announcing she's expecting a baby with Kanye West, and it doesn't look like she's going to anytime soon!
The pregnant reality star headed to LAX today and jetted off to Nigeria via Paris, and this is her second time visiting Africa in two months!
The brunette beauty is set to attend the Love Concert featuring Nigerian soul music star Darey Art Alade this coming Sunday at the Eko Suites & Hotel in Laos.
Considering she's already four months along and due in July, she better enjoy her jetsetting lifestyle while she still can!

Kim returned to LAX and headed to the doctor immediately after her arrival - January 14
Kim landed in New York, appeared on The Today Show and Kelly & Michael with sister Kourtney - January 16
Kim landed at LAX looking oh so stylish - January 17
Kim jets off to Paris and then Africa
Let's not forget her recent trip to Paris and her romantic babymoon in Brazil with Yeezy for Carnivale!
