PHILADELPHIA (CBS) ? Mike Solomonov from Citron and Rose is the chef who brought us Israeli food in Old City. Now, he brings us Kosher food in Merion.
?We?ve got this concept, Citron and Rose,? Solomonov says, ?which is sort of the opposite of Zahav in the sense that it?s kosher and also European.?

Over at the Reading Terminal Market, chef Jeremy Nolan of Brauhaus Schmitz opens Wursthaus Schmitz. Brauhaus focuses on the beer, Wursthaus focuses on sausages.

?It?s mostly like a delicatessen with German prepared foods, German sausages, German cold cuts, a lot of imported items,? Schmitz says. ?We also have very soon hot food. We?ll have hot sausage sandwiches and stuff.?
